Small Option Bushtool
This is the last of the blades I made up in this pattern and I don't plan to make more. Because I make things 1 at a time by hand, these are just as much work to make as a larger WBT. However, they won't bring in enough from the sale to pay for my time. Basically, the first $150 from every knife I sell goes to business expenses: inventory for consumables, website fees, forum vendor dues, shipping and packaging etc.
So, get it while you can.

grind: scandi
blade length: 2 1/2″
overall length: 6″
steel: 1/83/32″ 8670 @ 60 Hc
handle: blast finish Orange G10 Orange on the Cob
handle thickness: 3.5/5
hardware: black G10 triple tube
sheath: Includes black kydex neck sheath with firesteel
I began making PL knives in 2016. I've done leather work for over 20. I added kydex to my repertoire in the last 3 years. The heat treat on all of my carbon steel knives is done by me in a thermostatically controlled Evenheat knifemaking kiln. Each 8670 blade is heated to austenitic temperature and quenched in Parks 50 oil. Then it goes through a 2 stage tempering process. Hardness is 60-61 hrc and my heat treat process produces a blade with extreme toughness and fine edge sharpenablility. Scales are glued with West Systems G-flex epoxy. My aim is to produce heirloom quality tools with excellent craftsmanship that will provide a lifetime of enjoyment and service.
