About the steel - K390 is hands down my favorite steel right now. I have two PM2's in it and I bought this knife and an Endela thinking I'd keep the Endura. For some reason though the Endela is more my speed and I've decided to keep it.
About the knife - Purchased new by me the knife has never been used or carried. It's only been handled at home while sitting in my recliner. It is solid and has no issues. It comes with the box.
