It's been a while since I've messed with that type of tourniquet carrier, what's the largest diameter cylinder they can hold? How long?

These carriers carry all types of tourniquets. I use the CAT, the SOF tourniquets by TAC Med and they all fit without any issue. After ripping the velcro, the tourniquet drops out neatly for you to deploy it. To set the carrier up, you simply roll the tourniquet of your choice up in the carrier and place it on your molle.

Here's a good video on how these work. They are excellent and of course SOTech is out of stock on them...
