It is for the Spyderco FRN models. Delica, Endela, Endura, etc.

Brand new, I do not have the factory package.

I don’t believe this would work for a sage.
I believe the sage uses a wire style clip, where this one is a “hourglass” style clip.

LNW does offer a titanium clip for the sage though.
