This was indeed a very prolific week!
Here is a long Santoku I finished yesterday. It has a 19cm long chisel ground 1095 blade and a beautiful imbuia burl handle with jacarandá Wood détail. This knife is perfect for people who want a chefs knife with more weight at the tip and is a réal workhorse!
