This is a new model for me. I've made my Longford for a few years but have now shrunk them a bit. This one is 85% of the original. It makes a great bird & trout or can easily be used for deer and larger game.
The blade is Böhler N690 stainless. It takes a very fine edge. It features a full flat grind with machine finish. The handle is linen Micarta. I use Ultrex Micarta which which is made in the USA. It's a little more expensive, but I think it's worth it. The pins are black G10. The knife also includes a Kydex sheath. OAL is 8" blade is 4". Thickness is .100". $old shipped in the US.
