Up for trade today is a lightly carried M.Strider “Betsy Ross” SMF show special knife from the USN G-XII Gathering in Las Vegas. This knife has been carried and broken down a few boxes. There are a few scuffs on the clip and lockside, as well as near the tip of the blade from the carry and use. There are no other imperfections to speak of. The knife functions flawlessly. Pretty smooth action, solid lockup with no play in any direction, and nice centering. The knife will come with the standard tactical Strider plastic baggie.
I’m more than happy to take more pics upon request.
As far as trades, I’m looking for a Strider in a similar condition and of similar rarity/desirability. I’m willing to add some cash on my end if necessary. Specifically I’d be really interested in any one of the following:
- An older SMF with a stonewashed drop point blade, ranger green G10 scale, and flamed lockside.
- I’m not sure if this is in the same league as a Monkey Edge SMF from the latest drop, but I’d be interested in one of those if it’s a fair trade.
- An NSN SMF, black G10 scale preferred but I’d also be interested in one of the newer aluminum scale models, blasted blade and lockside.
- One of the all blacked out PD1 SMF’s from the recent drop
- An FWP SMF
- A Monkey Edge Frag SnG with a G10 or aluminum scale (again, if this is a fair trade)
- An older SMF with a black G10 scale, tiger striped blade, and flamed lockside
- Wn older SMF with black G10 scale, stonewashed blade and lockside
To the Strider experts, if my trade interests are way off base please feel free to let me know. Im not exactly sure how desirable or rare this knife is.
