Gentlemen,
I've just finished up this hidden tang version of my Tamarack drop point hunter. The steel is M390 heat treated to RC62 including LN cryo treatment. It it hollow ground and hand sanded to 400 grit. The geometry on this is VERY thin to make it a pure slicer. It will excel as a hunter/skinner but isn't going to be happy chopping your firewood :). The handle is some gorgeous K&G stabilized Karelian Birch and the guard is bronze with black and bronze spacers.

SPECS:
OAL: 9.5"
BLADE: 4" long, 1.25" wide. The blade has been hollow ground and hand finished to 400 grit. The edge is down to 0.008" before sharpening. The swedge is not sharpened. The spine is rounded for comfort.
STEEL: 0.156" M390 stainless steel heat treated to RC62.
HANDLE: K&G stabilized Karelian Birch with bronze guard and black and bronze spacers.
SHEATH: My standard pouch style leather sheath.
Price: $SOLD shipped CONUS. International buyers welcome, shipping extra.
Paypal, checks or money orders accepted.
