I ended up with a second one of these, as I bought another knife that came with it, very nice solid pouch, the belt loop is held in place via a strong magnet so you can just drop it into your pocket, or over your belt or over the edge of your pocket so it keeps the slip up near the top of your pocket, very handy. Since I've made a custom sheath for mine I won't make use of this, so off it goes.
