This throw head is a V1 (August 2015) which used the Cree XP-E2 emitter. This version is rare as not many were made with this emitter. Gene Malkoff said, "It has about 20% more lux than the current version." This light has a very nice white tint, tight hotspot and huge throw for a small package.
