Made from two pieces of matched mammoth ivory epoxied together bark side out with a drilled lanyard hole lined with brass tubing. Also great as a keychain fob, pendant or zipper, light/fan pull. When I bought the knife handle scales that this piece came from it was advertised as "50,000 years old" but most of the stuff sold in those days was. Your guess is as good as mine. It has nice color and texture and is stable with no cracks.
