This is a FORGED Scout Military Utility knife made from L-6 steel. Handles are Beadblasted green Canvas Micarta--very grippy.Guard is stainless.OAL is 11.75",blade is 6.765" and it is Differentially heat-treated---you may be able to see the temper line in the pix.Blade is approx. .22" thick at Ricasso and tapers gradually to tip.Double quenched,double tempered,and w/ a convex edge for hard use. Hidden tang. Blade has a light bead blasted finish. There are 2 very light marks on the right side of the blade from a leather sheath that I put it in one time-sheath not included. Very light .Some Flitz will probably remove them. Won't show up in pix. This is a beautiful knife and extremely sharp. It looks like it might be heavy but it is unbelievably light. The weight surprised the heck out of me.One of the best feeling in-hand knives I've ever owned. I'm asking $$335shipped Priority w/ insur and del confirm. A great price!!
