I currently own 3 McAlevy Custom Knives (2EDC and 1B&T), but this is the only one that I purchased from another BF member rather than direct from the Matthew. This one has been in storage as I am accustomed to carrying the one that I previously bought new even though this one has a slightly thicker handle making it a bit more comfortable to grip.
I've decided it's time to sell some of my duplicate unused knives. The knife itself is in excellent condition and the original edge is still smooth and sharp. The knife was not kept in the sheath, and the sheath appears to have absorbed some dye from an adjacent sheath during storage. Other than that acquired cosmetic defect, the sheath is in excellent condition as well.
The knife itself is 6.25in overall length with a 2.75in drop point blade. The handle is made of jigged dyed bone scales with reddish natural micarta liners and black G10 pins. The blade is 0.125in thick CPM154 stainless steel with a full flat grind and a machine finish. The sheath is a RH carry with belt loop and attractive tooling made in the McAlevy shop. It is small enough that you could probably carry it in a pocket. If you've ever considered switching from a folder to a fixed blade knife for EDC, this might convince you to never go back.
Asking price of SOLD includes USPS shipping within the CONUS. Part of the funds will go toward paying my updated BF subscription.
