This one cost $475 new, and are still listed at the same price at DLT, so a good deal here.
Only carried a couple of times.
I bought it to play around with the big chunk of S90V so it has been sharpened to right around 19.5dps to improve edge angle a little.
Never disassembled or anything other done to it.
Tight, not even close to being broken in yet so the lock is a little sticky, common trait with Medfords, it'll loosen up.
Under the light with the blade angled in just right I see a small scratch. I don't remember using it on anything other than paper and cardboard for testing the edge so maybe it was the cardboard, maybe it's part of the stonewash/assembly. Either way it's almost imperceptible...see the last picture.
Comes with box, cloth bag, papers.
