Thus is Rick's pattern that he calls the Modified Little Dumpling based off of pattern that Tony Bose uses. I've used this knife a handful of times in the kitchen. Bought this directly from the maker for a boning/small fish fillet knife. I've touched up the edge on my Sharpmaker ceramic stone There are some very faint scratches on one side of the blade. So fine that I could hardly capture them with my camera. Excellent used condition.
