Sold Microtech DOC blue serrated

I have a partially serrated DOC that I bought new, never carried or used, just fondled and flipped.
The knife is in wonderful condition with factory edge. (Elmax)
There is a small area under the clip that is worn because the clip moves about 1mm (see pics) and just needs tightened a bit.
It comes with original box,plastic bag and Pamphlet.
