Hello!
Up for sale is a great opportunity for a serious MT collector. Overall, in great condition considering it is almost 30 years old.
The handle shows signs of light handling. The most notable spot is a little ding on the edge to the rear of the button - as can be seen in the pics. Below the button there are two little marks as well, which appear to have been touched up a bit (alumiblack maybe). The back side of the knife is in great shape, beyond some very light handling marks, which can only be seen in some angles.
The blade itself is in excellent condition. There are wear marks from sliding in and out over all these years, but that is pretty much it. The two areas of note are toward the front of the blade where the makers marks are. Both spots (circled in blue) have a bit of staining/freckling. With some work, someone with the know-how could likely clean this up.
It functions just fine and shoots out with force. The tritium vile that was in the button no longer lights up at night (of course). The blade is sharp and still has its factory edge. The plastic "grip" areas are in good shape overall, with minimal signs of its age, but nothing to noteworthy.
Overall, a very cool old knife that will be right at home in someone's collection!
