People should know who they're dealing with. Here's the email back and forth, including Seller's first email to me with his Paypal information, his later email bringing up other potential buyers from other forums, his imposition of a 50-minute rule, my request for clarification, and his response. Seller asserted a one-hour rule, which isn't in the rules but is reasonable enough. That hour can't start ticking until Buyer is informed of the PP address. My request for clarification was sent well before an hour had elapsed on my initial "I'll take it" much less the arrival of Seller's email with his payment info.
I don't want to file a complaint. I just want everyone to know who this Seller is before they trust him with anything meaningful.

Alright, I have to admit that I'm not quite clear here. If there's another guy before me, sell it to him. If I can buy it, please reply in clear terms that I am the buyer. Just not sure why you're telling me about some other buyer. If I am the buyer, I don't need to know about this other guy really.
I can pay immediately, but I am going to wait to hear back from you that I am the buyer and that there's not some other guy in the picture.

I don't understand. You appear to have been on the forum long enough to know payment is due within the hour of claim, respectfully 30 minutes. Was I to wait until tonight? Or your convenience as you wished? You made zero effort to reply or communicate from 11:07 until you wrote me a shitty email.
The knife sold to the next buyer in line as I waited for your payment as you stayed you were going to do. Now, I have another one, which I will not post in the Forums to avoid pompous pricks like yourself. You weren't doing ME any favors.. it Was a brilliant deal. I'm glad it's going too someone who appreciates a deal like that.
