This is a catch and a release for me. I have a Microtech already that I love and this isn't going to get used by me. Wasn't used in anyway by me. Not sure if the original owner carried it but there are no marks on the clip, just one on the bottom of the handle which is noted in the pics. Other than that it's in great condition. I do have the paperwork and plastic sleeve it comes with. I definitely don't know a whole lot about these so if you have any questions please PM me and don't ask them in the thread.
