Microtech Socom Elite Signature DLC: $old
New pictures. I hadn't realized my camera was on a lower setting.
Higher rez. album: https://imgur.com/a/IZsFVVQ
More pictures: https://imgur.com/a/IZsFVVQ
The DLC blade has no scratches or marks at all, the handles also have no marks.
Only blemish is the little bit of the pocket clip.
Lockup is excellent, I'll call it 30%.
Absolutely no blade play and perfectly centered. as pictured.
Well, I am extremely sad to do this, but I must let this one go.
I've had a few unexpected bills this month and this little beauty is next to go.
It is dated 12/2018 and i bought it in December.
I've had my hands on quite a few Socom Elites and even have another one that is getting some warranty work done now.
All that to say, the action on this one is truly special from my own experiences.
I think the stars where aligned when they machined the raceways or something.
It is so smooth and glassy, it falls shut like one of those slow closing toilet seats.
Reminds me of a Shiro the way it drops shut.
I can in no way convey this through pictures and descriptions, so for the first time ever, I have filmed and uploaded a video. I have pictures uploading to an IMGUR album right now but I wanted to get this posted. Picture album will be added this evening.
It had been carried very lightly, it has one scuff I can see on the pocket clip and I show that in the video as well as pictures.
Never disassembled, has been lightly honed on a ceramic rod. The bevels are still factory angle but most of the grind lines on the edge were polished.
I will consider all serious offers.
Thanks for looking.
