I bought this new about 3 years ago and it has sat in my display case since then. Never carried, used, or sharpened, its exactly as new. Includes a nice Kydex sheath that holds the knife securely but allows for a quick removal with your hand in a good position to deploy the blade. Also a steel tool made for removing the proprietary glass breaker/pocket clip fastener and the proprietary screws.
