Sold Microtech UTX-70 D/E Tactical Black. 3months old never used

I purchased this knife from BladeHQ brand new for $215.00 in December of 2015. It has never been used. I took it out of the box once to show my wife then put it back into my closet. It is in the original box and has everything it came with. I also have the receipt from my purchase at BladeHQ. The knife is in perfect condition.

I am asking $165.00 for it.
