Heat treat: small electric kiln, canola quench, 2x400F temper, estimate 58-60Rc using Tsubosan files
Grind: Hollow grind with 10" wheel
Finish: taken up to 400 cork, Ferric chloride Acid etch, vibratory stone wash with 1" ceramic triangles, satin bare steel on tang/bottom.
Handle: Canvas green micarta (Pops), blue, jade G10 bolster with orange G10 Liner
Pins: Stainless steel, aluminum thong hole
Sharpening: set with Lansky 30degree through extra fine stone, leather stropped
Sheath: 7/9 Vegetable tanned leather, British Tan Dye, black edge kote, treated with Nikwax, Tan Kote on interior, cross draw style (narrow belt width)
