[Alan Davis Knives]

The overall length is 8 3/8", the blade is 3 3/4" x 1 1/4" high and is flat ground from an antique misery whip saw blade. I differentially heat treated the blade with a visibile hamon and the edge at Rc 60-61. The scales are cocobola with black liners and 1/8" mosaic pins. Thanks for the reply! What is the blade thickness? Will the pits that extend down into the edge affect sharpening?
