Up for sale is this modified Tramontina model #26650/013
Modifications to this piece include:
~Cutting blade
~Shaping blade
~Flushing scales to tang
~Sanding/oiling scales
~Dressing spine
~Extending edge to base of blade
~Sharpening edge
~Convexing edge
~Polishing edge
Blade Length: 12.5"
Handle Length: 6.5"
This piece would make an excellent lightweight large camp/woods knife with great chopping ability for its size. I matched the thinness of the factory grind when sharpening this piece, so it carves fuzz sticks with ease. The point is centered inline with the handle, so drilling and tip control are made simple as well. A very well-rounded piece with a lot of tricks up its sleeve!
Asking $30 Plus Shipping SOLD pending payment!--I accept payment via PayPal, money order, or personal check. If paying by PayPal don't worry about compensating for processing fees--that's on my bill, not yours. Item typically ships same or next business day that payment is received, so if paying by check or money order please allow time for funds to make it to me.
For reference, shipping in the CONUS is about $9, give or take a few cents. International orders are welcome--just understand that shipping will be more expensive.
