This just got delivered to me yesterday from MBK. Apparently, I must've got one of the last of these they had in stock because they're sold out now. That said, I'd like to just pass this down the line at the same price I paid ($180), and I'll take the hit for shipping and PayPal fees.
So, I've largely stuck with the resizing of my knife collection to a group of eight nice Spydercos that I regularly carry and use. However, Nick Shabazz's review video on this MBK Everywhere Carry (EWC) knife really intrigued me, and I figured I'd check it out. If it absolutely blew my mind, I figured I'd keep it. Close, but not quite....the double detent non-locking action is very sweet, particularly that crispy snap-shut thang. Anyway, it's not earth-shattering enough to replace the only thing close to a super lightweight small knife in my collection, the Chaparral LW. Very nice, though...and a very clean Ray Laconico design. I wish Spyderco would do a collab with him.
