2006 S30v
**edit - through my efforts to be fully transparent as I believe a good seller should be, I think I have downplayed the condition of this one. Please look at the pics and I can send you video of this knife in direct sunlight versus natural light to allow you to really assess any imperfections.
Details:
1. Overall handle/scale condition is 90 to 95%. Updated post with pics. I can email video to you for a thorough review. The main imperfections are behind the wolf close to the machining hole. You can see them in the right light.
2. I do have the original box but not the birth card. Date codes are B-06 on both handles.
3. 2006 date, so this is S30V.
4. Blade is great, looks to be original edge to my eyes and has certainly not seen much use at all.
5. Action and lock up is very good.
This one is not mint and that is why it is not listed for at least $1,000 (like the last two mint ones, one at $1,100 and one at $1,200). With that said, I do not think you will find a much better "used" version.
For someone looking for a timeless and classic CGG, I think you will be happy with this one. I have been happy with it.
