SOLD This is a Mosler safe (security container) made for the US government. All strong, heavy steel. Sargent and Greenleaf, (Group II) safe lock with combination dial. It has bolt holes already drilled to bolt it down. Door comes off completely for ease of loading and is reversible, for mounting options. Every man should have a safe, this is a nice one with a serious lock. Comes with the combination and opening instructions. It's 6"W x 8"D x 4"H.Flat olive drab. Is this safe fireproof? If so, do you have any ratings for it?

Negative. It is a solid steel (only) US Government security container. Suggest fireproof fiberglass bags ($7 ebay). New pics uploaded with shots of steel interior and mounting holes on back. The lock has an Underwriters Laboratories Group II classification.This would also make an excellent vehicle safe.
