Tis the season for selling. This custom Milan Mozolic knife is a perfect example of a fully-forged Bowie-Fighter that remakes the Bowie legend for practical, modern-day applications. Milan Mozolic is one of the elite when it comes to the design & execution of lean, clean, high-performance Bowies & Fighters. I have a few of his knives, and every one has exceeded all expectations. I hate to part with it, but I need the money.
The Blade: 7.25 inches of W2 Tool Steel, with a great recurve & 'dropped' Fighter profile that is becoming common in Bowie-Fighters, subtly inspired by the deep-cutting ability of the Kukri; a flawless hand-rubbed satin finish, but with the ghostly hamon that goes from faint to vivid, with a simple turn of the blade.
The Handle: Ancient (2000-yr.old) Bog Oak, stabilized to make it the best fixed-blade handle I've felt, perfectly sculpted, and with a rich blacker-than-night tone that looks alright on film, but looks incredible in person.
The Sheath: Mozolic's talents extend to sheath-making as well, and he goes the extra distance. Black-leather, styled with tooling and a stunning black shark-skin inlay. Even without the strap engaged, the sheath can hold the blade tight upside down... but it takes just a second to unstrap & draw.
The knife & sheath are unused in perfect condition.
Price is $OLD, shipped to anywhere in North America. For Canadian buyers, Interac email Payment is an option; , Paypal Goods is the method for everywhere else on the Globe.
