***SOLD*** Murry Carter Fukugozai Funayuki general purpose kitchen knife with a forged laminated blade with Hitachi White #1 core steel between SUS410 stainless outer layers. Overall length is 11"; blade is 6" from tip to heel of blade and 6 3/8" from tip to handle. Has Carter's standard D shaped wood handle. Never been used, bought it new several years ago - comes in original box.
