Okay friends, I have made myself a new EDC wharncliffe in AEB-L, so I am going to offer my previous EDC wharncliffe in 1084 at a bargain price, but I will also include the option to clean it up to "new knife" condition, which will bring it back up to my regular price.
What have we got?
Steel: 1084, processed for RC 61
Stock thickness: 5/32"
Overall length: 7 3/4"
Cutting edge: 3 1/2"
Weight: 4.8 oz
Geometry: Very subtle full height convex
15° per side primary edge, 20° per side micro
~.016" behind the edge
Handle:
Compound handle of green and black linen micarta, separated by white G10 spacer and liners with Brass tubes
Sheath: White Kydex with paracord loops for IWB carry.
I carried this often over the last six months, and used it often. I have cut cardboard, wood, metal (gutter drainpipe), you name it. It has always kept a good working edge, and been very easy to bring back to shaving sharp within less than a minute on the Spyderco brown rods. The sheath has managed to trap some debris inside, and the knife is scratched from going in and out of the sheath. The scratches are shallow.
For the knife and sheath as is: Asking SOLD This knife served me very well, and if you are looking for a fancy beater, it will not let you down.
If you want a new sheath (both black and white are available), and the knife cleaned up to look as good as new (and it will basically be a brand new knife at that point), then I am asking SOLD, and I will do the work and have it shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment (not including Sundays and holy days - note this coming Monday is the Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul).
Price is via PayPal G&S (I will provide the email address in private messaging) and includes expedited shipping with full tracking and insurance.
First "I'll take it" gets priority. Upon payment, please also confirm your shipping address.
Thank you for looking!
