Hey guys,
Here's my Ranch Hand model, a version of Warncliffe. It's N690 stainless steel at RC61. I started heat treating it like S35VN and got one point more RC out of it. I think this steel is vastly under appreciated. The handle is stabilized Cottonwood Burl with natural and white liners and natural pins. It comes with a teklok ready Kydex sheath.
SPECS:
OAL: 8"
BLADE: 3.25" long, 1.25" wide. It has been belt finished to 400 grit. The grind is hybrid flat/convex which is down to 0.009" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.125" N690 stainless steel heat treated to RC61.
HANDLE: K&G stabilized Cottonwood Burl with natural micarta and white G10 liners and natural micarta pins.
Sheath: Teklok ready Kydex.
