Here is a récent creation, a Nakiri with a full flat ground, hand polished, lightly aged 15cm (6") long 1095 steel blade and morado Wood handle. I found this model of kitchen knife very use full and versatile and, by the way, still have the first Nakiri I made and it sees use everyday (you can see mine along with this new o e in the second pic)
