Just as the other kitchen knives I have offered recently this nakiri has a pretty spartan finished, sellectivelly hardened, chisel Ground 17cm long 1095 steel blade meant for business as you don’t pay for a more sophisticated finish not have to worry much about mantaining it. Also, thé chisel grind is very easy to sharpen and also to eventually reshape.
Its octagon handle is Pau Brasil Wood with a jacarandá detail Andrey knife it weights 8,35oz.
