Up for sale is my Native 5 in Rex45 steel and burnt orange G10 scales. Although the lightweight variant of Native 5 Rex 45 sprint run is available here and there on the internet, this beefier G10 version with liners is sold out everywhere I looked. This knife is in excellent condition and doesn't show any signs of use that I can see. I carried it a few times, cut some cardboard, disassembled and re-oiled with KnifePivotLube, and treated the high-carbon blade with EDCi formula to prevent corrosion.

This Native 5 came out of the box very sharp and probably will remain that way for a long time for whomever gives it a new home. The action is fantastic (yes, it's a back lock) and can be flicked open easily with thumb or middle finger. Blade drops freely about 1/4 to 1/3 when back lock is disengaged.

So, yeah, this is a brilliant knife and is really the only multiple variant of the same knife model that I'd ever seriously considered to be a keeper. Since I have a Native Salt LW, I bought this knife as a "bookend" for the other end of the steel spectrum, and it is exactly what I wanted at the time. However, as cool as this knife is, I already have that Native Salt, and since I distilled down my collection to core group, it's hard to justify hanging on to this one.

I'm asking $170 $OLD, which is $10 less than I paid about a month ago, when these were still available here and there at major knife retailers. PayPal G&S with USPS Priority shipping in CONUS only.

Edit: I thought better of it and deleted the preachy rant that I originally posted against sprint runs and limited editions. Seriously, though? I think sprint runs are mostly cool and desirable, but I just don't like how they've driven the market into a weird area, with all the flipping/profiteering and such.
