This knife is new and unused. Note that the top inch and bottom inch of the blade are not perfectly sharpened and it came this way. So whomever purchases will want to make sure to touch up these sections. The sheath is a more generic one I received. Knife does not fit that well in it. If pushed in all the way in, it is hard to get back out. I thought of not selling the sheath with the tool, but you can make that choice.
