This is a new in box Benchmade Shootout otf knife. Knife has been fired a few times testing the action and placed back in its box. I can assure you it fires HARD and reliably. Never carried or used to cut anything. Comes with original box, baggie and papers. Be sure you follow you local and state laws concerning automatic knives as these are illegal in some areas.
