I have moved in with my daughter and son-in-law, and I am clearing out some things that never got used. This light is brand new in the box......works flawlessly.

Specifically designed for professional work and outdoor leisure, and built to Military specifications using aircraft grade aluminum....a tough, reliable, waterproof and lightweight in the 2 x AA format.
Here what Klarus says about the light : "When you need an all-weather flashlight for work or outdoor tasks, trust your Klarus Professional.The Klarus P2A is the 2x AA torch in Klarus's 'Professional' series of lights. Being both tactical and practical, the P2A is tough, reliable and waterproof. I can pretty much confirm what Klarus claims above....it's a well built, nifty, little light that would be just as home on an officer's belt as it would be in an outdoors man's gear bag....or in a glove box for that matter. This is a nice light that should last a long time. I suspect that this is made by the same outfit that makes lights for JETBeam, as the build-quaility and apperance are quite similar!
The P2A uses a high power CREE XP-G R5 LED, which outputs a max 245 ANSI lumens. Two output modes (High--Low) are accessed by simply tightening and loosening the head."

Performance: Dgitally regulated output, which maintains constant brightness.
Protection: Reverse polarity protection circuit protects against incorrect insertion of batteries. Sealed with O-rings for excellent water resistance and improved service life. Waterproof and Dust Resistant to IPX-8.
Carrying: The removable clip allows light to be clipped onto a belt, pocket, webbing, a tactical vest or Police stab vest. It will also fit into the Klick Fast torch attachment for fitting to Police vests and jackets that have the Klick Fast fittings.
Using: Can be used with the optional Klarus Headband, which turns it into a head lamp. The light can also be used hands-free by Police officers who mount it to their uniform via the Klick Fast fitting and use it in low mode for writing tickets, or remove and use in high mode for field and building searches.
Finish: HA Type III anodising.
Reflector: Orange peel to provide a smooth beam.
