BladeHQ Info:
Made exclusively for Blade HQ, this limited edition Ultratech from Microtech has a rare clear top handle! Not only does the clear handle on this OTF allow you to see the inner workings of this exceptional knife, it adds a serious "wow" factor you won't find anywhere else.

This model has a satin finished Bohler ELMAX steel double-edge dagger blade with plain edges. Includes a bead blast finished pocket clip, glass breaker and stainless steel hardware.

Remember, you can only find THIS knife on Blade HQ - don't let this one pass you by!

**NOTE: Imperfection on the bottom Right corner of the black handle in the second (bottom) picture was just DUST! After taking the pictures I didn't even notice it on the handle until I saw it in the pictures. Now THAT is an awesome DSLR Camera!!!

How is the trigger? Is it stiff or smooth/easy to fire?

I would say it's smooth, but does require some force to deploy. It doesn't feel like it's gritty or sticky, but has heavier spring tension than I would have expected. This was my 1st Auto, so I have nothing to compare it too.

I can say that it opens with MUCH more force than I imagined, too. I wish I would have seen my face the first time I deployed it. Definitely a, "HOLY $h!t!!!" moment!!!

Hope that helps!

Can you open and close it quickly with one hand?

Yes.

You might want to make a post on the Auto forum to see if the trigger loosens up a bit over time. I'm thinking it will, but I don't want to open and close this knife too much in order to keep it in Pristine condition for the new owner.
