I just picked up a handsomely modded RHK Firetac and I've decided to let this Emerson-designed ZT go as the two kinda fill the same niche in my stupidly large accumulation of knives. I bought the 0640 brand new from USA Made Blade with Whitty's included shop mods--exposed-edge liners anodized with OD canvas Micarta scales installed. I added the MXG bronzed deep-carry clip along with the larger monster thumb disc. The replaced parts along with the original puke-green CF scales are included as well as a USA Made Blade coozy and all the original packing that comes with the knife.
This is an extremely nice specimen that's been lightly carried and used, but shows no signs of wear that I can see. There are a couple of very slight flaws on both sides in the anodizing near the pivot that came as new with the knife that you should be able to discern from the close-up pics, though they certainly don't jump out at you as you may observe in the other pics. Centering and lock-up are just right and the blade has excellent grinds, a very sharp factory edge, and an extremely well-done, pointy tip. The action is excellently smooth in both directions, the blade opens snappily with the larger thumb disc, and disengages like a dream.
I've got $322 into this one and amasking $285 SOLD which will yield me little more than the cost of the knife only as originally acquired after PP fees and insured shipping by USPS small flat-rate box.
