This is one of the best values in the Nikon lineup. Compatible with any Nikon DSLR and designed for use in low light. It takes great portraits with nice background blur and subject separation. I don't use it that much since I have other lenses that cover that range and I want to sell it to find other projects. Glass is scratch-free. The lens works perfectly, shows wear in the the rubber focus ring and in a a few other spots in the plastic barrel.
