Hello,
Thanks for taking a look. Nitro V steel hardened and cryo tempered.
Distal tapered with convexed bevels. choil and spine chamfered. Gcarta handle fastened with corby bolts and sealed with epoxy.
about .010" behind the edge, It will cut with little resistance. The blade will handle general kitchen tasks with ease, the profile will especially lend itself to breaking down poultry.
1/8" thick stock, 5-1/2" blade length. Workmanship is guaranteed. No sheath at this time. I can have a friend of mine bend up a kydex at extra cost if interested. I ship USPS priority.
