Got this one in a trade so I am not sure if the covers are primitive bone or calico bone, I have been advised both ways. It is just the knife , no box or sheath. Pull ( I am a total rookie at this) is 7..I can pinch it open. No rub,no play,good snap and looks centered to me. Force patina by previous owner. no cracks in the bone, normal scratching on the bolsters and shield for a used knife. Any questions, please ask.

Since it has been sold I don't think this is interfering. I believe the covers are rough cut bone.
