Unused, opened and closed probably 15 times, which is why I am showing the close up of the "scaled" unfinished portion of the tang. this is normal opening and closing wear with this finish just in case this would bother you. The pull is stout at about a 8, has a hard snap though I pinch the blade on these and lower them in gentle. The edge is very sharp and I think I cut some receipt paper. There is NO play, this thing is sturdy and solid as based on the GEC #54 frame. The cocobolo wood speaks for itself, comes with the KSF pocket slip.
