I'm reluctantly selling a knife that has been my favorite for years. I'm not too keen on selling it, but I've come to realize that in order to get some other gear that would see more overall use in my normal activities, I need to make some hard choices.
You can browse Nick Allen's work here if you're unfamiliar. He makes truly wonderful knives, and I've really loved owning and using my NWA. I would definitely not be selling this guy if I had excess cash lying around. And I will not be too disappointed if it doesn't sell; I'll take it as a sign, breathe a sigh of relief, and simply look to save up over a longer period.
Included in the sale price is a kydex dangler sheath by Mike Billman (mbhanzo) of Grindstone Cutlery. A spectacularly well-done fold over kydex sheath. The original, legendary, beeswax treated leather sheath by Nick is of course included. So you get your choice of kick-ass leather or kydex for this awesome knife

The ranger band is pretty beat up at this point and will have to be replaced. Otherwise, no problems. Firesteel not included. I had this sheath made to my specifications, and it did not disappoint. The buckle dangler set-up alone is awesome.
The knife is loved and used, but never abused. I treated a couple of times with diluted vinegar to help the patina along for more protection. The pics below are current condition; they were taken tonight (11/14/12).
