Sold Oddball "custom" titanium swiss army pioneer x

I got this as part of a trade, but it's not really something I'm going to carry as I don't see the functionality of this kicking my Leatherman off my belt.

From what I know of swiss army knives it's a pioneer, the x denoting the scissors I think? I'm pretty sure the scales are titanium but I don't know who made it.

Asking 85 I guess? I don't know much about this type of knife but I'd rather pass it along than sit on it.
