Really nice all-purpose size for meats and veggies, hand forged/ground. Blade is 4.72 inches (120 mm). Handle has been waxed with citrus oil wax to protect and bring out the grain. Lightly used for a few weeks--just looking to try some other blade shapes. The core steel is White #2 carbon steel, and the cladding is damascus. Nice patina has started to form on cutting edge.
