Never carried or used. Comes in original box. Ceramic Nano Coating has been applied by Cerberus Knives. Blade was resharpened by him after the coating process; it's a laser!
I own multiple zaan's and this one has, far and away, the best action. It's also hyper-rare and looks better than just about every other Zaan I've come across. Don't sleep on it! I may come to my senses and pull the listing, opting to keep this exceptionally rare beast.
CRK warranty voided by the mods. Minor imperfections visible at certain angles on the knife; view photos, video, and read description for details and to make your own assessment of the condition.
Overall, the knife is in NEARLY PRISTINE* condition. I have paper-tested the blade and it is SHARP.
*There are imperfections on the knife such as something that looks like wear in certain spots on the hardware. Could be a slight textural difference in this nano-coating... but my guess is as good as yours. Also looks like there may have been a snail trail on it before the coating process on one of the scales, but again, I'm just guessing here. Lastly, where the thumb studs contact the show-side handle, there is a small square that is missing the coating. It's circled in red.
I am completely unfamiliar with this coating so can't answer any questions on durability, etc. If curious, my suggestion would be to reach out to Cerberus Knives to see if he can answer any questions you may have about the coating. That said, if this coating wears anything like cerakote, this knife is going to look better and better the more you carry it. Perfectly suited to be a queen or an absolute pocket beast!
