BY SLIGHTLY USED - I used it for 6 nights last fall, camping on grassy areas last summer. When I returned home I set it up in the sun and wind and let it dry thouroughly before repacking for the winter.
ONLY SELLING because, though a great size one person and gear tent, it's too small for my wife and I and our typical style of camping. Was a single use purchase.
It comes with all that was included in the BASIC package purchase from TarpTent - BUT - as recommended by the company - I sealed the seams with thinned silicone - TWICE! Good job - no mess and No LEAKS.

Can't set it up right now for more photos as there is no dry ground around here.
I have opened it up on my bed to see how it faired through the winter dry storage. It is pristine. Only the stakes show some sign of use.
