UPDATE 2: 1th + 4th + Wide kiritsuke now sold
UPDATE 3: 3th utility santoku sold
update 4: all sold
ALL SOLD except number 2 k-tip utility - first to reach takes it
Hey BF!
I will be cleaning inventory on the following knives to raise funds fast, their price will be situational so i wont be able to hold them - whoever reachs first gets it
First knife and most special one is the custom Ballerina Raptor, which is "sabatier" profile of my raptor knives but with extra curves in the handle as well a more aggressive look than usual.
Please dont rush any detail - there will be a very nice demonstration video of the ballerina raptor as well specific details covering the 4 utility knives.

BALLERINA RAPTOR:
Ballerina raptor is a custom design built from my original raptor. The purpose of ballerina raptor is to make a both workhorse blade with a solid, rigid spine yet a very aggressive grind. Using the words of the owner of the first: a rugby player that can also play ballet - this is the ballerina raptor. It sports very aggressive curves, a nice sturdy drop point in a similar profile of the legendary french knives "Sabatier", considered by many the g(old) standard of western chef knives.
Ballerina raptor is not only a very aggressive and realiable knife, it is also extra wide in the heel (about 57 to 60mm) and even by being a little bigger than the average chef knife, it has a flawless balance point in the makers mark area, right where you want to have absolute precision on the knife, especially when doing pinch grip use.
It can be ordered in many dimensions, styles and different handles materials, ranging from the common to ultra rare such fossils, exotic woods like A+ grade snakewood, good old micarta and many others. Can be done in sets of 2~3 varying the blade lengths like a set of 3 ballerina raptor with 3, 6 and 9" lenghts.
The one available is the shown in the pictures above, and the one from the video below.
This raptor can easily slice food as shown in the video WITHOUT being even sharpened. It has such aggressive grind that even by having no edge, it still slices potatoes without effort.
What does this mean in practice:
1- Faster and easier for you sharpen the knife - im not lying when i say you wont need more than 1~2 minutes to get it razor sharp for the very first tons of use (till it starts to become thicker in the bevel as any knife in the world)
2- It will require less pressure for slicing and cutting food
3- It will NOT particularly be fragile, since 14c28n steel is one of the toughest stainless steel out there, being completely capable of handling such geometry.
1 Ballerina raptor - STATUS: SOLD- SOLD$ shipped - Im from Brazil and i DONT take paypal - can provide tons of references - payment is easy, fast and there are many options.

DEMONSTRATION VIDEO OF THE BALLERINA RAPTOR
ABOUT 4 UTILITY CHEF KNIVES
These 4 knives are quite similar but they have some differences which will be covered below.
There are 3 K-TIP and one ko-santoku, which is a very realiable and easy to use knife.
They all are done in a bit over than 5" blade length. They are about 5,2 to 5,4" blade lengths. Crafted from 14C28N by sandvik, a stainless steel slightly better than AEBL. Known to be extremely fine grained and personally, i like to call it the stainless version of 52100 but tougher and with better edge retention, aside of the stainless corrosion resistance which is a nice extra.
They have very aggressive grinds, they are all light blades done in the 110 grams range (about 3,8 Oz) - Unfortunately i can only upload 10 pictures so i wont be able to cover all their details like choil picture for each, but please contact via email for seeing more.
Their handles are out of solid A+ grade kingwood - a true rosewood from Dalbergia genus, one of the best species in the world, in my opinion it looks like a fancy version of the purple heart, they are extremely figured and the japanese octagonal shape increases even more the beauty of the figures, as shown in the pictures below.
In summary: easy to use, very little maintenance, easy to sharpen, good edge retention, extremely tough, flawless geometry, grind and balance.
The number 4 has a chisel grind for right handed users and a very subtle forging texture on the flat, creating a very interesting aesthetics to it.
1: 200$ SOLD
2: 200$ SOLD
3: 180$ SOLD
4: 200$ SOLD
These utility blades are knives im mastering for a while, im confident they will impress on their performance.
Prices are shipped with my classic luxury zipped pouch included (individually)
